Terms

Terms of Use

Last updated August 29, 2026. These terms apply to your use of Impromptu Generator and its speaking-practice tools.

Practice tool, not professional advice

Impromptu Generator provides random prompts, timing tools, frameworks, and practice feedback for educational and personal practice. It is not a substitute for professional coaching, academic grading, legal advice, or official contest judging.

Toastmasters timing

Toastmasters-style timing features are provided as a practice aid based on published contest timing rules. Impromptu Generator is independent and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Toastmasters International. Official contest decisions should always follow the current Toastmasters International rules and event officials.

Acceptable use

You may use the site for personal, educational, classroom, club, and professional speaking practice. Do not misuse the service to interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, or use automated traffic in a way that harms availability for other users.

Availability and changes

Features may change as the product improves. We aim to keep the free core generator available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every prompt, timer, or practice suggestion will fit every use case.
